Join us in welcoming Coach Kevin Robbins as the new strength and conditioning coach! Coach Robbins is a Marine Corps Veteran with over 10 years of football experience coaching from middle school to semi-pro football. Coach Robbins is a 2007 graduate of Fayetteville State and played college football at the D2 level. He has worked as a strength and conditioning coach for the past eight years and serves as a volunteer strength trainer serving all surrounding counties. He is happily married to his wife Robin and they have two children, David and Kaileigh. David will be joining the RT family as a senior this year. Coach Robbins says, “I’m looking forward to working with the Crusader family and sports programs. RT Summer Sports Camps are off to a great start! This week, we completed our first camp of the summer, tennis camp. We had 10 campers along with Senior Tennis Team member, Haylie Kight, and Junior Team Member, Hannah Williams. Next up on the camp list for this summer is Basketball. Be sure to sign your kids up for any of the other camps that we have going on this summer. It’s that time of year again! Summer will quickly be here, and the Robert Toombs Athletic Department is excited to announce our Sports Summer Camps are back! Any rising kindergartners to 5th-grade students are welcome to join in the fun. These camps are open to the whole community. Any family or friends who do not attend RTCA are welcome to come, so please help us spread the word! Your children will be instructed by head coaches with multiple Region and State Championships in the GIAA. With your child’s participation, they are having a great time, and we are helping develop future Crusader Athletes. Each camp is $75, including a t-shirt, sports skills, and snacks. Below you will find the link to register your child/children. The sports camp flyer with the dates and times of each sports camp is also attached.
