Good afternoon RTCA parents,

I hope you are all doing well and enjoying time with your family this summer. Our office will close this afternoon and will open again on Tuesday, July 10th at 9:00 am. I wanted to reach out to you today and remind you of a few things before we close our office for the break next week.

-Please see Mrs. Lindsey Moore to get your tuition amount for the 2018-2019 school year.

-August 1st is picture day for Softball, Cheerleading and Shotgun. Times will be sent out by coaches.

-August 7th is picture day for Football, Band, and Middle School Competition Cheerleading. Times will be sent out by coaches.

Please make sure all students follow the guidelines in the handbook for haircuts and shaving. Students will need to be in compliance in order to be in the pictures.

-August 14th is open house which will start at 6:00pm in the gym.  Please make plans to attend with your students.

-August 15th is the first day of school for K5-12th Grade.

-August 20th is the first day of school for K3 and K4.

-September 1st is the start of our 2018-2019 Annual Fund.

I would also like to let you know about a change in the dress code on days that we have Chapel. Every Wednesday, we will have some sort of chapel for all RTCA students. Grades 6-12 will alternate Wednesday’s between chapel and small groups.

Chapel Dress attire for boys in grades 1-5

– collared shirt, Navy Blue or Khaki shorts or pants. No flip flops will be allowed.

– collared shirt and Navy Blue or Khaki pants and a belt. No flip flops will be allowed.

Chapel Dress attire for girls:

-Girls are required to wear Sunday’s Best. This includes khakis, dresses, capris, skirt/skort, dress pants, leggings may be worn under dresses, dressy flats or heels.

-Form fitting tunic/dresses, t-shirts, ripped jeans, tennis shoe will not be allowed

-All clothing must follow school dress code for length of garments.

Please keep this in mind when you are shopping for your child’s school clothes.

The Administrative team has steadily been busy this summer, preparing for the coming school year. I am looking forward to the 2018-19 school year and am excited to see what God has in store for our school. I hope everyone has a fun and safe 4th Of July.
