18th Annual Auction

Parents,

Plans are underway for the school’s largest fundraiser – the 18th Annual Auction! This year the auction will be held on Thursday, March 8, at Hawk’s Point. The silent auction will begin at noon (This earlier time is a change from previous years.) and the live auction will begin at 7:00 pm. Come early and bid often!

As you are aware, tuition does not cover all of the school’s expenses. Thus, the need for fundraisers. Funds raised from the 2017 auction were dedicated to academic improvements and to decrease the debt of four newly built classrooms. Monies raised from this year’s auction are earmarked for enhancements of buildings and grounds, which will reinforce the school’s commitment to student safety.

Family support (monetary, volunteerism, and positive social media) is a must for RTCA. The school is dependent upon you for the auction to succeed. If each family donates (services, gift certificates, vacation houses, sponsorships, products, etc.), the variety of auction offerings will be impressive. What will you donate?

If you are interested in an auction sponsorship, the main levels are:

Golden Crusader………………………… $1000 – +

Knight………………………………………. $500 – $999

Squire………………………………………. $100 – $499

All donations are tax exempt. After the auction, you will receive a form that lists your donation and the retail value for use when filing your taxes.

 Please deliver your auction donation to the school office as early as possible. If you have questions, please contact me.

Do not forget: the Auction supports the school. Come ready to enjoy the evening and support RTCA. With a wide variety of items available for purchase, there will be something for everyone. The Annual Auction is a fun-filled fundraiser.

RTCA is truly grateful for your donation to this fundraiser. Many families helped build the foundation of RTCA and helped create the RTCA legacy. To continue in this tradition of excellence, RTCA needs the support of families—both in donations and bidding.
