RTCA FUNDRAISERS:

A LETTER FROM THE BOOSTER CLUB:
September 6, 2011

Dear Friends and Supporters of Robert Toombs Christian Academy,

We are in the process of raising funds to air condition our gymnasium.  We are seeking support from parents, alumni and local businesses.  Our parents and alumni, along with our Board of Directors have contributed already to this worthy cause.

To give a little background, our fundraising effort began in August and we have already raised $14,000 as of September 1, 2011.  The estimated cost of the air conditioning project is $28,000.

We are asking for your consideration in this tax deductible fundraising effort.  All those contributing a minimum of $500 will be listed on a recognition banner in our gym.  (If you desire no public recognition, we will be more than happy to honor your request.)  In addition, for individuals contributing $200, a RTCA Booster Pass will be awarded that will grant admission to all non-play-off, home sporting events at our school.

Your donations can be made to the RTCA Air Conditioning Fund.  If you have any questions regarding this project, please contact the school or Bill Mixon at (912) 245-0683.
